Monthly and Weekly Payroll Processing: We process payroll to whatever schedule your business requires monthly, four-weekly, fortnightly, or weekly. For businesses with both salaried and hourly-paid employees, we manage the complexity of combining different pay frequencies and calculation methods within a single unified payroll run.

PAYE and National Insurance Calculations: All PAYE income tax and National Insurance contributions are calculated accurately for every employee, taking into account tax codes, National Insurance categories, student loan deductions, salary sacrifice arrangements, and any other PAYE-specific factors relevant to your workforce.

Real Time Information (RTI) Filing: Every payroll run is accompanied by the mandatory RTI Full Payment Submission (FPS) to HMRC, filed on or before the payment date as required by law. We also manage Employer Payment Summary (EPS) submissions where applicable for example, in months where Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, or other recoverable payments affect your PAYE liability.

Pension Auto-Enrolment Compliance: The Pensions Regulator requires all UK employers to automatically enrol eligible workers into a qualifying workplace pension scheme and make minimum employer contributions. We manage the entire auto-enrolment process assessing employee eligibility, processing enrolment notifications, calculating contributions for both employer and employee, and submitting contribution files to your pension provider.

Statutory Payments: We calculate and process all statutory payments Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP), and Shared Parental Pay (ShPP) in full compliance with the relevant qualifying conditions and payment thresholds.

Payslip Generation and Distribution: Professionally formatted, itemised payslips are generated for every employee on every pay date and distributed digitally via a secure employee self-service portal. Paper payslips can be produced where required.

Year End P60 and P11D Production: At the end of each tax year, we produce and issue P60 certificates for all employees in employment on 5th April. For directors and employees with taxable benefits in kind, we prepare and submit P11D returns and, where required, P11D(b) Class 1A NIC returns.

New Starter and Leaver Processing: We handle all new employee starter declarations, process P45s for leavers, and ensure that HMRC records are updated correctly in real time to prevent coding errors and subsequent tax underpayments.
